I can. I imagine a lot of heterosexual males think other guys' penises are gross. It doesn't mean they hate their own bodies.

Tons of women find their own sex organs 'disgusting' for various reasons, I know a few. It's not to say that they wish they had the alternative but it's just the way they are, the way they've conditioned themselves. A little research goes a long way...

First of all, misogyny is not the disliking of a female body part. It's the dislike, hatred of mistrusting of women in general.

Next, its normal for a woman to be turned off by another woman's vagina. Same goes for guys and the penis.

Saying that having sex without a penis is like have a sandwich without meat is a pretty accurate statement, coming from a normal heterosexual woman. Her character was in no way misogynistic; as for the writer. Who knows? But this is not evidence of that. A normal man would relate more to a woman who was turned off by sex or sexual organs from another woman.

This whole scene was to show that her boyfriend was a perv. He was disappointed that she didn't have those perverted tendancies like him. Ironic that he was ok and even excited about her possibly being a lesbian. But then hated her for doing this one dumb thing. The way he wanted to watch... you know... showed that he was hoping for a threesome down the road a ways. So he was a perverted idiot. She was a wonderful woman who did something stupid. Like we all do... sort of.

Plenty of straight girls think vaginas are gross. My current girlfriend says the same thing. As far as guys go, most straight guys will at least pretend they think all penises are gross. As a guy myself, I think penises are ... not gross, necessarily, but certainly goofy. I think vaginas are ace, however.

It's got nothing to do with hating your own body, nor does it have anything to do with the director's attitude towards women. There's nothing remotely misogynistic in this film. In fact, it has a far stronger female lead than most comedies. I don't think it's a great film, but you've not raised one valid criticism here.
