What country is this show filmed in?

I'm wondering where the show is filmed. I know it's not filmed in the US or Canada, because many times vehicles are shown which are not available in those countries. For example, in one episode we see a Mazda BT-50 pickup truck, which is sold in most countries but not the US. In another episode (the one with the woman lost in the Grand Canyon), she is shown driving a Ford Taunus (not Taurus!), which is a model sold up until the 1970s which was never available in the US or Canada. So obviously the episode was not filmed there.

Ok, I should have clarified. They have scenes which are meant to take place in the US, but clearly are not filmed there. One example is the scene I described, with the "foreign" model pickup truck. This was the episode where the 3 friends crash their small plane. They took off from an airport in the US, but the truck gives away that it is not the US. Why would they do this?

I see, thanks. I can see your point, but how many people are going to know that there isn't a single Mazda BT-50 pickup truck in the entire USA ? I suppose they are just trying to save production costs, maybe by combining different episode shoots in fewer areas.

This is beginning to really frustrate me. I saw an episode where a woman gets lost in the Grand Canyon, and thought that surely they would film it in the US, but no. I see a Ford TAUNUS, a car which has never been sold in the US. It's a 1970s car, because the episode takes place quite a while ago, and it seems they've just used a location which looks sort of like it could be in the Grand Canyon but clearly isn't. Would still love to know where they film the show.
