Watching this for the first time in a while. WOW!! Great performances by both. I, like others on these boards would have to agree, maybe not Oscar nom. worthy but awfully close. Great emotional performances by both!!

Yes, I think this movie greatness lies in its cast performances..they were just simple to deliver their scenes especially the touching ones

Sandler should have at least received a Golden Globe nomination.
