I love that. I wasn't sure what it was before. Now that I know, it is even funnier. The more you watch this movie the more funny things you pick up on.
shareIt's not his Mom. When he gets off the phone he says "I'll talk to you tomorrow." In the beginning of the movie he was explaining the TV show that his father hosted, Strange Wilderness, and was surprised to hear that whomever he was talking to remembered the show.
"Oh you remember that? Do you remember my Dad? ...Oh, cool."
So, we're back to the question in the beginning. Who was he talking to on the phone?
