At the end jigsaw tells Jeff " I am responsible for your sons death"? what does he mean by this because I thought that the guy who got his body parts twisted was responsible.

I just rewatched this movie last night, so maybe I can help.
At then end of the film, Jigsaw actually says, "I am the one responsible for the loss of your child."
He is referring to Jeff and Lynn's daughter, who he had kidnapped and put in a secret location. Jeff was supposed to be reunited with her when he won the game.
