shareI think maybe those could be line of sight things. Like he went to England on a plane and stood near Big Ben, like he did with Millie's balcony. It was close and he could see it. He also jumped into the vault after just looking inside. It seems more like if he has seen it in person he can jump to it, rather than having to be in the exact spot he wants to go to.
