Who was the guy who demolished the school?

I'm fairly new to this show, and have really started watching it once the current headmistress got into power there, and who is now threatened with the sack.

I heard somewhere that in a previous series, some guy got nuts and took a demolition truck to the school, and I saw this just tonight on YouTube, although I don't know why he did this. Can anyone clarify that for me?

In the same episode, although I didn't recognise the headmistress, I saw the crochety old English teacher, and the girl who died recently of a brain tumour and her father - wow, I didn't know they'd been there for that long. And I even swear I saw Denzil, or am I seeing things?

What gets me about this series is that the characters seem to change so much so quickly. But I honestly hope the show carries on, as it is much better than Grange Hill ever was.

I think you are referring to Flicks (who was Marleys girlfriend, Sams older brother, the one who died of the brain tumour) dad, the policeman guy, he went a bit nuts for no reason and started hating on Rachel Mason, the previous head and the whole school in general and decided to demolish the school from what I remember. Mostly to do with being overprotective of his daughter!

Yeah, think he hated the idea of his 'precious' daughter going out with someone from the Kelly family. Didn't he also try and frame Marley for taking drugs or something?
