superhead

I anticipate foaming at the mouth. His "do your tie and top button up" at the gate during the trailer pissed me off. That the man's already been stabbed by a pupil should surely have been a hint to cool it.Can't stand these superheads on principle-arrogant dictators. As a democrat,I'd have the Head elected by the staff and all school rules subject to the apporoval of a freely elected school council.

Hi Mark,
Long time no speak! Yeah the new Head (I have forgot his name),sure has hints of Mr Deverill from Grange Hill about him. I fear he may be a Liberal Do-gooder type too like Mrs B*singer from Grange Hill, though I think and hope he'll do ok as he could but I truly fear that he could be the "last great Waterloo Road Head" before it sadly commences it's move to Glasgow!

Basinger was a smug shrewish zero tolerance bitch.

reply

He's ready to'rough' that guy up who stabbed him,so maybe he isn't another nancy pancy headteacher this time around.

reply

They keep bringing in outside Heads-and look at the results! Let the staff elect the Head-I'm sure Tom Clarkson or Grantley Budgen could have done a better job.

reply

Hi Mark,
I think Clarkson will do a "Robson" and may-be one day become Head!! I'df hate Budgen to be Head though, it'd be a total total out and out turmoil, but in saying this i've often likend him to Mr Bronson and that he may be what WR needs as Head!

reply

Disagree-Bronson was an obsessive fanatic.Budgen is more laidback and cynical.

reply

I actually think this headteacher is the firmest, hardest and best head Waterloo Road has had. I almost cried at the end when he got hit by a car.

reply

Possibly, but I thought that the Superhead (i've forgot his name) who was there about 2 years since who wanted to change everything in the space of a few episodes was amaazing!!
