You know, Waterloo road was a great show once, (past tense)

I miss the old Waterloo road which was awesome entertaining and comedic yet serious drama, now it's a badly acted poorly scripted drama filled show with no interesting characters and non of the old characters (other than Tom and grandly (which are leaving soon)), it's a shame the shows gone this way, I miss Rachael Eddie Janeese Fin, nothing's good now

It is terrible now, it was never great though in my opinion...but I suppose once it could be taken as a serious drama, it has had it's great moments I agree, where you really felt for the characters.

Since it moved to Scotland it is getting painful to watch, I'm glad Lorraine has gone, though it is a council owned school again they've pretty much gone to how it was before, like as if it was a mistake to make the school independent in the first place.

The storylines are getting more and more bizarre, same with the characters, they feel very cartoonish and unrealistic. Perhaps they have just ran out of ideas?

I think Christine has the potential to be a great head teacher though, I hope the writers will keep her for a while. Byrne was a good headteacher but it became too much about the struggle between him and Lorraine.

I have to agree. It's way past its best.

Series 1-5 was the golden era.
