Why did they bleach Claire Dane's eyebrows?

I assume it was because she's naturally brunette and they thought her eyebrows looked too dark with her hair, but they went too far. You can barely see that she has any. It really takes away from how pretty she naturally is.

In fact, all of the hair, makeup, costuming, and wigs in this movie are pretty bad and cheap looking.

Watching this right now, and it looks crazy, lol. Definitely looks like she shaved them in any shots that aren't very close.

I 100% thought they were shaved until I looked up production and promotional stills of her for this movie lol.

They JUST missed the era of bleached hair and brown/dark eyebrows being acceptable in these kinds of productions, like Daenerys.
