What's the song when Vince and Rachel are flying over Paris towards the end of the movie?
I know it's an orchestra type piece and I've heard it before in other movies.

If this helps you (it didn't me with Elvis) there is a Fred Claus soundtrack out. Google it. However there are only 13 tracks. Chances are, your song my not be on it either. Some site will let you hear 20 or 30 seconds of each song for free.
According to the end credits, the Elvis songs in the movie were; "Santa Claus is Back in Town" and "Rubberneckin' (Paul Oakenfold remix)"
I'm sure you're not looking for the Santa song so I assume you're looking for the other one. Where in the movie is it played, if you rememeber?
