What's your favorite line/ scene in Fred Claus?

My favorite line is:

Santa Claus says to Fred: "You are the best big brother that anyone can ask for."
When he says that line with so much emotion and Silent Night is playing in the background, it hits me in the heart everytime.

Favorite Scene would be: I think the same scene, everyone is surrounding the snow globe watching the kids open their presents. A very touching scene with the music and seeing all the happy faces.

What are your favorite lines or scenes from this movie?

I must say that my favorite scene in the whole movie was the scene you had picked - the part where all the elves are around the snow globe and watching Christmas morning, and their work, unfold before their eyes. That with the music is probably one of the most powerful scenes that convey the Christmas spirit that I've ever seen...at least it matches my own view of the magic of Christmas.

Lol. Same here. I just saw the movie for the first time today. I had been putting it off because I didn't think it would be worth watching, but damn did I like it. That snow globe scene was pretty much Christmas.

Why is it whenever someone says "with all due respect", they really mean "kiss my ass"?

Agree with the above. FRED CLAUS may never make anyone's list of all-time great Christmas movies, but that scene with the snow globe, Sinead O'Connor's haunting "Silent Night," and Santa's words to Fred make that scene one of the great all-time Christmas-movie scenes.

And when the stony-faced Mrs. Claus, who has hated Fred all the time, finally looks at him and smiles, that got to me almost as much as Santa and Fred's reconicilation.

I agree, that was a really nice scene (made me teary eyed and I'm a dude). It's the mixture of the music and the way they showed the elves watching in delight.

I also really liked the part where Kevin Spacey's character got the Superman cape.

Of the funny moments, the scene in the toy store where Fred was fighting all the Salvation Army Santas had me in stitches. And the scene where he comes out of the chimney to find the Jewish family all sitting around the table.

The entire Siblings Anonymous scene

The Siblings Anonymous was my favorite too!! When Stephen Baldwin has to say out loud "You're not Alec", "He's not Alec" was my favorite. I loved the whole movie though.

Yeah the end globe scene was one of the best BUT the scene of Fred Claus being chased by those santas comes first--funny.

My favorite scene is where Fred and DJ Donnie are fighting and Fred tells him that he is going to "Super Nanny" him. Oh and the two scenes where Fred is dancing in the factory and then in Frosty's Bar. I usually don't watch family holiday movies, but I saw this on HBO and for some reason I fell in love with it. "Fred Claus" is my mindless guilty pleasure movie.

The siblings anon scene was great. LOL

"Let's make some bad decisions people!" That scene always makes me crack up.
