Given that he's the brother of Santa, who has his fair share of powers to deliver the toys worldwide in one night, access houses that don't have chimneys I would have thought Fred would share the powers that Santa has.

shareThat logic is flawed. Did the siblings if all the other saints have the miraculous powers? No, they didn't. Even in real life a great athletes brothers aren't all goid athletes.
shareAll i know is he and the rest of Santa's family are mentioned to all be frozen in time and immortal. Whether or not they all share those powers is another questions, but I would think so.
