Other than Jessica Alba's somewhat cardboard acting and wooden delivery in both this and the first movie (don't get me wrong, I like her, she's hot, and she was great in Into the Blue - that seems more like her her kind of role), the worst thing about both these movies is Von Doom. What a corny, crappy, lousy villain. I couldn't believe they brought him back for the sequel and excluded Galactus, who was just a shadow on a planet. Really? Galactus! I hated everything about Doom in this and in the first movie. The actor was lame, the character was lame, the Doom dialogue was lame and corny - they actually had him say "Let's all go for a spin!" at one point and he sounded like a cheaper, crappier version of the Goblin (who was cheap and crappy anyway) in the Spider Man movie. Horrible, horrible stuff. Other than that, both these movies were just okay. Hopefully, there will be no more with this bunch. I wouldn't mind a reboot by a better director and better crew all around.

Hmmmmm, thanks for that! Bit vague right now though, eh? But yes, it seems like something's in the works, which means that a few summers from now, it will be clobberin time!

true. I have not heard much either online. just various things, but nothing at all concrete. I am hoping for a good one, though.

Well, this post made less sense then usual. Are you talking about Rise of the Silver Surfer which is already out on DVD? Or are you talking about the possible reboot that is rumored to be happening?

Do you want me to slow him down? Or would you rather send in more guys for him to beat up?
