According to the Trivia page Alba's hair was adversely affected by the bleaching on the first film.
Maybe that will teach the fools at Fox to cast an actual blonde as Sue and Johnny Storm next time.

You're misinformed, like yourself, most don't know there is a alternate version of the Fantastic 4, which this movie is based on.
Johnny and Sue are not blood related, Johnny's parents adopted Sue at a young age. There's a lot more to it, so if you want to read a little more about it, check the links below.
FOX has changed this movie a bit from the Ultimate comics, so it's hard to say if it's good or bad. We have to wait to see the movie, and see if the changes are just small or really drastic.
