was also true about the first one. Dr. Doom's voice and how completely unimposing it sounded when he had the mask on. I'm not saying he had to sound like Darth Vader or anything, but I always pictured it sounding different. He just sounded like John Q. Anonymous.

Doom should have sounded like a complete megalomaniac. He should have had an accent, too, because he's from Latveria.

Once he's wearing the iron mask, I think Doctor Doom's voice should always be enhanced electronically. A normal voice isn't enough for Doctor Doom.

An accent is nice too, if the actor is up to it.
