For Namor i would go with either...

Sam Witwer (Starkiller,the force unleashed)
Wentworth Miller (prison break guy)
Rick Yune (Johhny Tran, from fast and the furious part 1)
Or,
Paul Walker , (just dye his hair black.)

I wouldn't mind Wentworth Miller. For once his racial ambiguity might help.

20 years ago I might have said Jean Claude Van Damne....granted his acting skills are questionable, but he certainly looked the part.

This is just my hypothetical 2 cents as it can never happen but my choice would be a buffed up Leonard Nimoy, circa 1966...
