The guy as a ghost

People the guy died in the car while the girl was climbing the telephone pole. When she come back down and decovers him dead you see his ghost passing by the car which she doesn't see. Later is ghost saves her from the cop ghost by resetting the terror and puts her back into the car and helps her fing civilzation. You see the car is the safe place where the ghost can't hurt you hence the shaking and banging in the middle of the movie he was trying to lure them out. You may have question if that was the case why not stay in there well the boy needed medical treatment right away so the girl had to step up and try to get some help which didn't go as planned.
