Well done for its genre
In this age where horror films are usually over the top violence and gore fests, I found this movie to be refreshing and exactly the type of movie that gives me what I look for in a suspense/thriller. It's that hard to describe feeling of unease and creepiness throughout. The simplicity of the story, the cold snow covered setting, the fact that you don't know the character's names and had to figure out whether the guy was a sociopath or legitimately just a shy introvert. I was drawn into the movie and experienced the coldness and the paranormal occurrences along with them. It kind of reminded me of the movie "Dual" that Spielberg did when he was a novice director.
