476 is in pa route Interstate 476 (I-476) is a 132.10-mile between Interstate 95 near Chester and Interstate 81 near Scranton, serving as the primary north–south Interstate corridor through eastern Pennsylvania.

606 on the other hand is in a list of numbers to be used in pa but was never assigned to a route


so it puts them between Philly pa and Scranton i know of at least 2 areas that would match were they should be. as i used to drive 476 alot and im from that side of the state. also noticed at end the fire truck and ambulance are carbon county a real county in pa i used to live there so it supports my idea of the area being any were from allentown to jim thorpe area up into the poconos the on ramps for 476 would be mt pocono Leighton/mahoning valley in that county at least those are the main ones

In the scene at the beginning of the movie where Emily Blunt is texting, the area code shown is 518 indicating that her cell phone was likely purchased in the Albany NY area putting the school somewhere around there. Glens Falls is not much far north of the Albany area. Driving direct from that area to Delaware would take you through the northeast Pennsylvania region, and 5 to 6 hours is about the right length of time.
