Does this movie show how difficult life can be for an honest person?

Eleanor Green was only trying to do the right thing. She respected the meaning of democracy and that's why she wanted the right person, the one who the public actually voted for, to be elected as the president and she found herself in murky waters straightaway. She was first drugged in her apartment and then the company sent out thugs to kidnap her. Her reputation and image was falsely tarnished as well.

It just shows how unsafe the world is for those who are willing to speak up against the wrong and be honest for a change. Some food for thought.

Its ironic because the movie itself deals with honesty showing how Robin Williams made a difference with his honesty during his brief stint as the President-elect.
