What movie is that on the TV with Robert De Niro?

It's actually an advert Barry Levinson made to boost New York tourism post 9/11. In it were Robert de Niro playing a pilgrim and Billy Crystal playing a turkey. Billy Crystal is trying to persuade Robert to change costumes. At one point Billy even mimics Robert's famous line from Taxi Driver by saying "Are you gobbling at me, are you gobbling at me". Both actors worked together in Analyze This and That.
