I know he only won due to a glitch anyway, but is there really any combination of 13 states you could win and still get the necessary votes to be president?

Texas - 34
New York - 31
Florida - 27
Pennsylvania - 21
Illinois - 21
Ohio - 20
Michigan - 17
New Jersey - 15
Georgia - 15
North Carolina - 15

thats 11 and gets you to 271, so its totally possible, although a very unlikely combination.

Well the way the Electoral College is set up it's actually possible,, if you win say for example California, P.A. New York,, Texas and so on and so forth, I believe that it can be done.
