Wasn't The Night Flier in Nightmares and Dreamscapes? Also, I didn't remember Autopsy Room 4 in the book, or The Road Virus...Did I miss something or what? please help me out...

Not all the stories are from that actual book of the same title.

THE NIGHT FLIER was an HBO movie about 10 years ago.

There is no night as deep as this
Inevitable mind's abyss
Where I now dwell with foes alone

Autopsy and Road Virus are from Everything's Eventual.

And Battleground (the only best episode from this miniseries) is from Night Shift.
