The latter half of the movie just spoiled it for me. It just felt like the studio ran out of budget and just gunned the latter half. The script wasn't tied together at the end they tried too hard to be funny. It's an ok film since I watched at my friends but would have been disappointed if I had to pay to watch it.
Yeah it did try to be funny a little too hard in some places and tried to be clever but there were some plot holes.
Like Zoe Saldana's character made no sense. I mean, if she wanted help to get Max, then why beat up Clay at the beginning? Why not just meet him in a bar and ask him if he wanted to team up? Why risk getting injured in hand-to-hand combat for no reason?
Also not sure why Jensen needed to change in an elevator from a delivery guy to a tech guy. Why not just go up as a tech guy? It's not like the women were going to report him for being naked in the elevator. Would have made my day.
End of movie spoiler:
Not sure how Jason Patrick got away since he was on a crane type thing. It's not like the helicopter came back or anything...he'd have to get away on foot.
I always thought they would have to radio ahead to clear the tech guy because it was someone messing with the comp an the shifty fake i.d. wouldnt hold up to first level security. so he changed into tech guy in the elevator so everyone could think he passed security and was legit.

Why not just meet him in a bar and ask him if he wanted to team up?
Probably something along the lines of, " Hi, my name is Aisha and I'm the daughter of the drug lord you executed. Let's team up to get Max," is unlikely to work.🐭
