Near the end, when Gideon puts the gun to Carver's chest and then puts it in Carver's hand so Carver can shoot him -- Gideon says a short phrase, but for the life of me I can't figure it out. Can someone help?

After Carver says "Go on... Finish it", Gideon puts the gun in Carver's hand and says "I believe it's up to you, sir". Cheers.
