Dead Man?
This movie reminded me a lot of Dead Man in ways. A group of hunters die one by one while hunting this guy. Granted, this movie was a lot more serious than Dead Man which had a more wacky feel to it, but both are excellent movies that I'd highly recommend.
Another interesting thing is that Michael Wincott is in both, and his characters in both are very very similar.
