Who was totally bored by this movie? It was completely predictabte and there was no action for the first 40 min. Granted the cinematography was great but I thought it was poorly written and they could have had some dead bodies or parts floating on the water up to the discovery of the capsized boat. I nearly wanted to turn it off when they considered using a dog as bait. The film stank bad enough but that would've taken the cake.

shareIt's not a total wash but thanks to the relentlessly plodding pacing throughout it was pretty dull and even when it finally stranded the croc food on the island it never really picked up. It didn't help that McLean's not exactly overburdened with imagination or originality and even the attack scenes seemed surprisingly uninteresting. I wasn't completely bored, but I did go to do the groceries halfway through and was constantly thinking about what I'd watch after it while it was on.
