Question about a line- for Australians

Any Aussies out there able to interpret the line Worthington said when he and his buddy Colin grabbed Kates boat? The line went like this, "I just wanna know why Ms. captain Katie Ku here is acting so high and mighty these days. What is it why won't you have a ______ with me sweet?"

I thought he said "have a bar with me sweet". What does that mean?
Or, he could have said, "Why won't you have a go'out with me sweet?"

Any aussies help me translate much appreciated.

Yeah he said "Why won't you have a bar of me", which means 'why won't you have anything to do with me?', similar perhaps to saying 'why won't you come near me or notice me, does that help?

Cheers

Really? Thats interesting I've never heard that. "Have a bar of me." I love how this film was so authentically Australian, it really felt like I was in the Northern Territory, every time I watch this one.
