Tom Bell (from Prime Suspect) Cameo?
I noticed that in the scene from Ep.3, when all the detectives are gearing up with guns, that one of them looks very much like Tom Bell from Prime Suspect (Det.Bill Otley). This same scene appears whenever the credits roll at the top of each episode. There's no credit for his appearance, but it might have been a nod to that earlier series.

Let me retract that - I've seen more footage of this character in the second season, and it is NOT Tom Bell.
