Before watching this film, I read a fair bit of what you all had to say. Since there was not one positive thing to say about it, I expected the absolute worst. Wondering what I was getting myself into. Thinking I would probably turn it off after a few minutes....
NOT THE CASE!!!
I actually enjoyed it. Wondered what would happen next. Enjoyed it's cheapness and corniness. I guess I wasn't expecting to much from it...
Nah, you're really not alone on this. Had it been given a different name, it probably would've faired a little better. "Creepshow" is kinda sacred to any horror fan who grew up in the 80s so the filmmakers were sorta treading on sacred ground, but I was able to let go of the fact that this was supposed to be a "sequel" and I really enjoyed it for what it was. A good way to kill nearly two hours of a sleepless night.
I too expected very little from this but I don't think it was as bad as its been painted.Creepshow 2 was pretty awful IMHO and I found this more enjoyable.
Are you f ucking serious!? Creepshow 2 was a really good movie, and a masterpiece compared to Creepshow III, which wasn't even a movie so much was it a giant smouldering turd streight from the ass of Godzilla. Creepshow 2 was flawed, yes, but the score was amazing as was the look and feel of the film; it felt just like the original and felt like an 80's film/50's EC comics. Creepshow III didn't care about the look and feel of anything; the effects and blood looked god awful and was made by retards who apparently don't know anything about filmmaking.
Got it at the redbox. Didn't even know they made a 3rd. Watched it with the wife. No nudity...not what i expected or prefered...corney..ok, but i watched everyone of the 5 stories...Yes 5!!! that's a lot. and then I went and found it on ebay. it's a turd, but you gotta have a couple of turds in the collection....who are you frickin' the academy...
