Remember those 'Goosebumps' children's books from the 90s?
The stories in this film somehow manage to be even dumber than R.L Stine's plots.

There was?
"Music is my religion." - Jimi Hendrix
Yeah, a third season episode called "Click". Interestingly enough, the Adam Sandler flick seems to have lifted the title and the plot(reality-altering remote control) from that episode. Then again, "A Kind of Stopwatch" from The Twilight Zone predates the Goosebumps story by about thirty/forty years. It's not surprising that Stine borrowed heavily from Twilight Zone and EC Comics seeing as most people from his generation grew up reading/watching these type of anthology programs.
