The Professors Wife (spoilers)

I thought this was the best episode of the movie in concept. In execution, I feel like it failed. There were more than a few things that didn't make sense.

First, they say they are going to find her off switch and turn her off. I'm thinking, this is gonna be good, they're going to terrorize this lady thinking she's a Robot. Cool idea!

Which brings me to the second thing, they think she's a robot... So they hit her over the head to knock her out... Doesn't make sense.

Back to my first point, they immediately start chopping her up. I thought they were going to turn her off, not chop her up. There could have been more movie time spent on this one instead of the stupid 'haunted dog' episode.

Thirdly, they don't think the professor would have been pissed that they cut up his robot? Just because it's a robot doesn't mean it wouldn't have been a huge pita to get back together.

Favorite story of the movie but mainly for the concept. I find it slightly disturbing to think these guys are just messing around dismantling a robot not realizing they just murdered his fiance in cold blood. Pretty crazy!

I think the worst part of it all is that she's still alive at the endo of the movie.

I was hoping the two dudes would turn out to be robots created by the prof themselves, and that he would turn them off as punishment for murdering his lady.

Not that anything could have redeemed CS3 at that point...

Agreed! That would have been a good one!

And you are an idiot! Yes you, the person who made the sig look like part of the message!

I think the whole thing with her being alive at the end is as a throwback to the part where his two idiot students mentioned the stories about him being Frankenstein.... I think we are supposed to believe that he has stitched her back together and brought life back to her... the bandaged around her face is to hide the fact that her head was cooked in the oven.

It was a bit goofy but didn't bother me

Didn't he buy that book about voodoo from that homeless guy or am I mistaken? I thought he did some kind of spell or ritual to bring her back to life. Anyways, I thought they were going to lift up her dress and touch her all over to look for a power switch. That would be so awkward and embarrassing. It would've made me feel sorry for the poor wife. I thought it was silly that it took them looking at the scrapbook to find out she wasn't a robot. You'd think not seeing any metal parts when they cut her open would be a dead giveaway. I suppose I'm just looking into it too much, though. It's just a silly horror comedy not to be taken too seriously by getting into too much heavy logic.

Death lives in the Vault of Horror!

He bought the advanced voodoo book to bring her back.
