What a *beep* waste of three hours

Did George R.R. Martin write this? Lots of character development then *beep* it, let's just kill everyone because we can't figure out how to write an ending. Actually, *beep* it, were just going to kill everyone and not even have an ending.

I felt like I joined the middle of a conversation, got really interested, and when people figured out I was listening they stopped talking.

Oh come on, you gotta admit it was funny when Chigurh choked on a cashew nut.

Inger, you must rot, because the times are rotten.

It's unconventional I'll give you that, but that's what I like about it. Different strokes.

reply

Except everyone didn't get killed. Only one main character got killed, and two secondary characters. That's not listening to the conversation very well.

They did have an ending, it's actually you who stopped listening to the conversation. No curiosity. No patience. No motivation to take stock of the story and reflect on why they might have ended it that way, how the ending might fit with what the story was saying.

You don't have to like the choice they made. You don't have to like the ending. But at least make some effort to try and understand it before you cut off the interesting conversation and declare its last words have no meaning.

It's worth another listen.

I've watched the movie several times, and I think it's one of the best movies I've ever seen. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

reply

I wish people like a fifth of freedom would say why they think no country is one of the best movies. I see a lot of projection at work.

reply

I don't know why, I just know that I really enjoy watching it. I don't over-analyze movies.

reply

People like you are too STUPID to understand this movie. Decide for yourself moron.

reply

Sweet incoherent post.
