I may be asking for it a bit by saying this, but can this movie really be classed as racist? Its meant to be fun and light hearted. It seems to me that the trolls who claim such things are what prevents Hollywood from embracing its minorities properly in film. Just look at The Princess and the Frog - people are still going on about negative stereotypes etc and moaning that the prince being arabic rather than black. Would people prefer that racial minorities were not portrayed in film at all? If people can only moan about minor things in films that portray different races, would they prefer movies that dont bother at all like this one that doesnt have any african characters at all?

Thank you for being a sane voice of reason. I'm not being sarcastic. I actually enjoyed the movie and most viewers, including me, don't knit-pick movies apart for stuff like this. Those of us that look for goofs look for some of the obvious stuff, like Larry loosing his 'torch' in one area, but having it in another.
