good movie with horrible casting

I enjoyed the movie but they should not have cast Ben Stiller, Luke Wilson nor Robin Williams.

Really? Actually I think is the opposite: A good casting making a dull movie.

The casting includes film veterans Mickey Rooney and Dick Van Dyke. Plus Robin Williams, Owen Wilson. Even Ben Stiller's performance is decent, but their lines are quite cheesy.

Sure the CGI effects are eye-candy but the movie made me smile only one or two times. Albeit kids surely enojed it much more.

actully my favourite performance was from Mickey Rooney and his lines were great

LUKE WILSON? Last I checked, Owen Wilson was in the movie, not Luke. Gee, no wonder that bugged you! I thought the casting was fabulous. To each, their own! :)

Luv'd the casting. If you didn't like Stiller, Wilson, and Williams - who would you put in each part?

The cast was awesome. Stiller was wasted as the straight guy though. Steve Coogan ftw.
