There was one episode that was more centered around the bully kid. In one scene was beating up his grandfather. If you look closely in the background, you can see boxes of adult diapers called Gram-Poos. Hilarious!!!

The woman is Joe's half sister so yes she is a woman. And the old man is actually Joe's father not grandfather.
