What do you think happened to them after the show ended? I think Roberta and Clay went on and divorced. I could even see Clay killing himself, either directly (shooting himself or taking pills) or indirectly (through his drinking). He probably tried to hook up with Danielle, but he rejected him too. Roberta probably found another man who treated her much better than Clay ever did. Shapey was probably sent to a special school, since it was shown that he could be lucid at times and he went on to do fine. Block probably made it back to his birth family somehow, but he didn't progress to the extent that Shapey did.

If you pay close attention at the end of Honor, they give us a sneak peak. Moral grows up to marry Christina, and they have a happy, loving home (probably Arthur and Angela's house, Clay's childhood home). They have a son, who's 12 when we see them, and a 3-year-old daughter. They even have a puppy! I haven't seen them yet, because I always forget to look, but apparently there are photographs on the wall behind Oral and Christina. In the pictures, you can infer what became of the Puppingtons. Clay and Bloberta are still unhappily married, but Shapey and Block make something of their lives. They calm down considerably, and Shapey becomes a police officer, and Block becomes a firefighter!
Man! I just saw "Honor" and didn't notice the other family members photos. I just remember the little epilogue where they show Oral still as a boy packing up his action figures and movie camera and giving them to Block and Shapey.

Like at the end of regular episodes, they would show Orel making an animated film with his action figures as the closing credits rolled. In the final episode, they show Orel packing up the camera and figures and put the note on the box "For Shapey and Block, Love Orel".
