Sadly,because of the criticism they received for season 2,they decided to dumd down the show in season 3. Too bad! But season 3 was good anyway.

shareI've been rewatching episodes to find the clues that went over my head and I do agree about Season 3. It's just a lazy send-up of The Matrix and TRON where an evil Central Computer is dominating human life in all aspects and the showrunners made Dolores the Neo who is on a mission to save humanity.
Also, what was the story behind the DNA profiling unraveled late in Season 2 and then brought up again in Season 3? Was it for some type of human/bot hybrid creation?
