Zac not at reunion because of Vanessa?

Did anyone catch Zac's reason for missing the reunion? I thought it was maybe because he and Vanessa broke up after such a long relationship, and maybe it would have been awkward.

This is the first that I have heard of it, and it is weird to think that as I see on Wikipedia that it was 10 years ago on January 20th, 2006 that High School Musical debuted on Disney Channel. You might be right, ir it might have bene award for them both to attend the reunion after their break up.

I doubt if that's it. I'm sure Zac was busy either promoting his new film or filming another one to attend this, the rest of the cast don't have stuff like that lined up. If that is the case then it's pretty stupid and no different then attending your 10 year high school reunion and running into your ex. It's not like the break up just happened or anything it was years ago

I'm assuming it's because he is currently promoting his new movie, Dirty Grandpa.

I'd guess it is because he is trying to make it as a real actor and is embarrassed as sh!t by this Disney crap.

He made Dirty Grandpa. High School Musical is not what he should be embarrassed about.

Isn't that how it works at times though? I really thought that Lucas would be getting more work though since I thought he was the most talented out of the cast.

Corbin Bleu wass the best imo. But Hollywood needs its next dark haired whiteboy to carry the industry. At the time they thought it could be Zac, that's why he was offered so many roles. But now he does crapoy comedys that r doing crap at the box office. Looks like that dark-haired whiteboy turned out to be Chriss Pratt, who would've thought.

I highly doubt Zac avoided the reunion because of their break-up. They are both two totally different people now and the breakup was what... 6 years ago? If I ran into my ex of 6 years ago I wouldn't care. People change and I'm sure both of them are over it.

Because of his movie dirty grandpa he was busy promoting and was unable to attend but he sent in a video of himself revealing his favorite scene was "were all in this together"

I don't think he avoided it b/c of Vanessa! Like others said, he was probably too busy!

Keep in mind that Olysia Rulin wasn't there either or the guy who likes to bake.
