Where I live you have to give an arm and a leg for quality junk food like that. I would have carried that *beep* over to the homeless girl and sat down and ate it right in front of her starving stealing ass.
I know! And he was at Ben's Chili Bowl -- an icon in DC. Bill Cosby and Obama ate there. I don't remember if he ordered an actual Chili dog or a Chili Half-smoke, though. There half-smokes are awesome (never heard of a half-smoke until I went to Ben's Chili Bowl, its like a bratwurst).
I think he ordered both...and then some. He ordered like 4 different things :p

I was more focused on whether he went back and paid for the order, because it didn't look like the sort of place you'd want to be banned from.
