Russel Crowe says to Ben Affleck at one point that his actions caused the deaths of 4 people. But only Sonia, the pizza guy and the guy that stole the briefcase had been killed. Who's the fourth person? The fourth person doesn't die until the very end of the movie.

Doesn't another guy get killed in the very beginning? The pizza guy gets killed because he witnesses the first murder....

Yeah, its the guy that stole the briefcase I thought...the chase scene in the beginning the pizza guy witnesses.

The fourth was the original thief's girlfriend who told Crowe's character what was in the briefcase. The police said they'd found her body and she had been murdered.

You forgot the guy at the medical center killed by the sniper

The guy at the medical center was the pizza guy, who had been left for dead, but was waking up and could possibly identify the murderer.

Sonia(pushed into train)
Guy who had stolen the briefcase (shot)
Pizza Guy wounded by gun (shot in the hospital)
Girl who gave Cal the briefcase - killed

5th Death--Bingham didn't exactly kill himself---shot by the cops--- so suicide by gunning at the cops
