Soundtrack:David Wittman +Daniel Hulsizer?

Hello everyone! I loved this movie like most people here,I REALLY loved this movie.I enjoyed the part where Dito is talking to Laurie when he is standing on the corner and she is sitting in the window,that part actually made me cry."Wow,you look beautiful",it just reminds me of someone.Well anyway,during that part there is a soft piano/jazz playing in the background and I totally fell in love with it.I know there is no official soundtrack to the movie but im almost 100% percent sure it's "Sunny Stroll" by David Wittman as it shows in the credits.I been looking for it everywhere and CAN'T FIND IT! Is anyone familiar with his work? I never heard of him.Plus I'm looking for "An evening under the tracks" by Daniel Hulsizer which was also featured in the movie.Can anyone help me out?? I would really appreciate it! Thank you!
