I just saw this release of A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints

And wanted to know if this was just a re-release or a director's cut version of the film

Re-release. It's just like the regular dvd but it has a steelbook case instead.

Is it true that Shia's character makes out with the blond kid in deleted scenes or directors cut?

Yes, but the case is very nice.

Anyone who has this does it have subtitles because i found it hard to understand them sometimes and subtitles would hepl me a lot.
