Film Version
Does anyone have a copy of the Grasshopper Island film version, not the episodes, that they could put onto a dvd for me? I have the series now, but I saw the film when it was shown on Central Television in the early 1980s and my VHS recording of it has long since worn out. The film was edited from the episodes, but here's the interesting thing, the film had some scenes that never appeared in any of the episodes! An example is a longer scene of Smarty counting his steps as he goes round the island, whilst Toughy is doing the same from the opposite direction.
