No question something chocolate.

Chocolate in wonderland

20 oreo cookies (40 halves), fillings discarded, cookies crushed
5 Tbsp butter, melted

Filled with cream chocolate and expresso.

and real whip cream and chocolate curls.

I love the idea of the "Baby Screaming It’s Head Off In The Middle Of The Night And Ruining My Life Pie" with New York style cheesecake, brandy brushed, pecans and nutmeg...I love cheesecake, but I recently found out that I'm lactose intolerant, so I'd have to make some kind of soy substitute. It's not the same.

They all sounded great to me. A pity that I'm getting to be too much of a salad dodger to indulge myself fully.
