It's heartbreaking what happened to Adrienne (who was simply wonderful playing Dawn). Just finished watching this film and it's just so charming and lovely! Keri Russell is brilliant, we need more characters like Jenna! Absolutely love the last shot of her and Lulu walking off :) Another plus worth mentioning is the score, it was really bittersweet.

Perhaps he was going through some type of treatment at the time of it's release. Don't know if you've ever seen ' Mumford ' or not, but if you liked Waitress, you should also like it.
