What's the ending?

Watching the Detectives came to the Tribeca Drive-In at Rockefeller Center in NYC on June 19th, 2007 but with almost exactly 10 minutes left in the movie it started to absolutely pour down rain. Therefore, I totally missed the end of the movie. (I ran to the side of the building where I couldn't see the screen and couldn't really hear…) If anyone could please tell me what the ending was I’d really appreciate it.

I saw Violet take the cash & walk away and then the whole part of Neil being mope-y (crying in the store, crying while trying to play softball, etc.). It started to rain just before Violet shows back up again (?) and the whole thing with the car/road trip (?). Any help from someone who’s seen the ending would be greatly appreciated!
