So who's the baby...?

Baby "Emerson" isn't credited in the end scroll. Cillian's wife and their son Malachy (who was very near "Emerson"'s age at the time of filming and who looks very much like "Emerson") were visiting the set during the very short shoot. And "Emerson" seems very drawn to Cillian's character Neil. So... for all the grumbling and protesting Cillian does about keeping his family out of the media eye, is there a connection...? Hmmm....

(Probably no connection whatsoever! Just tossing it out there...!)

You know, I had the same thought and came out to see if anyone knew for sure. I also noticed the report with Cillian in certain scenes. Cute kid one way or the other. Haven't heard about the "grumbling and protesting", but in these days of paparazzo acting like hunters of children, I certainly don't blame any parent for trying to protect his child's safety and privacy.

I don't think that was Cillian's son in the film because his son was photographed several times through filming of WTD and his son is very blond and at the time he had a lot more hair than the baby who was "Emerson". That baby could simply have been attracted to Cillian's eyes...yum!

1 it so funny/cute at same time when Neil breakdown crying in his office he made Emerson cry
I agree with Queenjupiter and also it could be that Cillian play with baby who play emerson during film break
