Gotta' say, though: While Lucy's looks haven't changed much, she seems to have improved her acting abilities dramatically. She used to be a female Keanu Reeves, but she's been decent-to-excellent in her last few films.

While extra pigment in the skin can certainly help the aging process, other factors such as bone structure and overall health and fitness play major factors as well. To say that all whites age 'horribly' is not only misinformed but down right ridiculous. Plenty of actresses of all colours look fabulous at 39 (and well beyond that) because they take care of themselves, exercise and diet properly.
